The Nubian Loose Highlighter - Nubia

I’ve used a lot of highlighters that end up looking chalky, but this one actually melts into my skin after a quick blend. The pearls give a soft, glass-like glow that shows up nicely without emphasizing my pores. It’s easily the smoothest loose powder I’ve tried in a while.
